Description
PVC Coated Wire is a high-quality wire product consisting of an inner core (Black Annealed Iron Wire or Galvanized Iron Wire) and an outer extruded layer of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). The manufacturing process involves heating the metal wire and coating it with PVC powder through a high-temperature oven, ensuring a thick, adhesive, and smooth finish. This coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, UV stability, and insulation properties. Compared to bare metal wire, PVC coated wire offers superior protection against weathering, chemicals, and physical wear, making it ideal for applications requiring both durability and aesthetics.
